At Armstrong Cheshire, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furnishings. If a piece doesn't perfectly suit your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive your Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Secure the Packaging

  Carefully repackage the item in its original box with all protective padding to ensure it reaches our warehouse in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
