This Wall Flange Kit combines a 25mm MDPE wall flange with a 19mm brass straight joiner, delivering a reliable wall-entry solution for MDPE piping. Built for tradespeople installing water, irrigation or external lines, it provides a straightforward, leak-resistant connection that doesn’t rely on specialist gear.

• Contents: 1 x MDPE Wall Flange 25mm – ¾” BSP (MDPEWF25-34BSPF); 1 x Brass Straight Joiner 19mm – ¾” BSP (BRSTR19B-34BSPM).

MDPE fittings are designed for durability, flexibility and chemical resistance. The MDPE wall flange uses a compression connection to MDPE pipe, delivering a tight seal without specialist tools. MDPE PN10 fittings withstand up to 10 bar (approximately 145 psi) under typical cold-water conditions, making them suitable for domestic and light commercial use. They’re corrosion-resistant and designed to cope with weather exposure and mechanical stress.

Brass straight joiner provides a secure link between hose-type piping and threaded fixtures. One end is barbed to grip a hose pipe, while the other end carries a BSP thread to mate with the MDPE wall flange. Brass is chosen for its strength and corrosion resistance, offering durability in harsh environments and high-use applications.

Installation notes: the kit uses threaded compression connections intended to simplify assembly and minimise the need for special tools. Please note the kit is not supplied with PTFE tape; if required for BSP threads, tape must be purchased separately. Ensure the pipe ends are clean and cut square for optimal sealing and correct thread engagement.
