This 75x200mm high-quality construction timber is regularised to give consistent dimensions by planing all around with 'eased' (rounded) corners for comfortable handling.

Regularised softwood carcassing timber finishes 2mm off-nominal thickness and 5mm off-nominal width so the finished size will be approximately 73mm x 190mm, just under 8x3 Inches.

It is Untreated and stress graded to C24 for strength, this timber would normally be used where it will not be subject to wetting or moisture such as in a roof as a rafter or on a floor as a joist.
